Student accredited by his/her director, dean or rector: $ 140,00 CUC

Such fees guarantee the receipt of accreditation, credential, documents of the Congress, the access to scientific activities, lunch and coffee at the site, welcoming and farewell cocktails, as well as participation and/or authorship certificate.

A program will be offered to companions of foreign delegates, for a price of $ 90,00 CUC, if at least 10 pax are registered.

The registration fee and the program for companions, as well as other payments in Cuba, will be done in Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC), currency of official circulation in the country. This currency may be obtained upon your arrival: at the airport, hotels, bank agencies or exchange houses.

The currencies exchangeable according to the update international exchange are: US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars, Sterling pounds and Swiss francs. In the case of US dollars a 20% levy tax will be applied, which will not be imposed when changing CUC back or when using an acceptable form of payment other than cash. Foreign delegates are advised to arrive in Cuba with the one of the last four types of currency, because US dollar is undergoing increasing depreciation in the exchange to CUC.
